Credit control

Since credit control can be a major issue for some businesses, we offer a number of helpful options in respect of both Debtors and Creditors, ie,

Debtors (Sales)

Prepare your invoices, fees or statements ready for submission to your clients or customers

Post, fax or email your invoices, fees or statements

Reconcile balances outstanding with your clients or customers

Issue payment reminders by post, fax or email and make telephone contact where necessary

Record queries or disputes as a "memo" transaction within the accounting system

Keep you advised of amounts disputed by your clients or customers

Creditors (Purchases)

Check invoiced prices agree with your order or price list

Check invoiced quantities agree with advice and delivery notes

Reconcile your account balances with statements issued by your suppliers and subcontractors

Issue notification of disputed or queried charges by post, fax or email and make telephone contact where necessary

Record query status and responses received as a "memo" transaction within the accounting system

Keep you advised of amounts you might wish to withhold when next making payment to a supplier or subcontractor

Filing system maintenance

Whilst everyone acknowledges the importance of keeping paperwork under control, very few enjoy the physical discipline of categorising and filing their documents in an orderly manner !

For those clients who lack the time (or inclination ?), one of our more popular services is setting up and maintaining appropriate accounts filing systems.

All files maintained by us are clearly labelled and have their documents firmly secured in the relevant logical order.

Revenue Audit

Should you be selected for a Revenue Audit (which is usually conducted at your own business address), you might be glad of a little assistance, ie,

We can assist you to compile the information likely to be needed by the Inspector

We can attend the inspection and actively assist you to deal with any queries which might arise

Should the Inspector request that additional information be forwarded to his/her office, we can assist in preparing an appropriate submission.
